You agree not to use the service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes. Do not use BurnNote to transmit malware, phishing links, illegal content, or to harass others. We reserve the right to block IP addresses that abuse the platform.

3. Zero-Knowledge Limitation

Because BurnNote operates on a Zero-Knowledge architecture, we cannot recover your data if you lose the link or password. We are also fundamentally unable to read the contents of the encrypted notes. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share.

4. Disclaimers

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. BurnNote.cloud does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use the service at your own risk.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
